The TERRA-JACK 200 is the ideal machine for short and directional road crossings in displaceable soil. Especially where space is limited, the compact size of the unit shows it advantages. It can easily be dismantled into light and transportable components. The JACK 200 can be used for pit and cellar operations. It is the most efficiant way to put more pipes into the ground.
As a typical entry-level machine in the trenchless pipeline construction, the TERRA-JACK 200 can be used successfully for directional pipe laying for house connections or short road crossings. It has a thrust force of 140 kN (14 t) and a pulling force of 200 kN (20 t).
The TERRA-JACK 200 is typically used in the areas of house connections, road or garden crossings, where lengths of 30 m and more are required. With the aid of a transmitter behind the drill head, the pilot bore can be controlled. The minimum bending radius of the rods is 25 m. The bore channel can be expanded upt o 220 mm to pull in plastic pipes up to 160 mm.
The machine can be driven by a robust power pack or an external mini-excavator or backhoe.
