The Piercing Tool for every contractor

    The TERRA-HAMMER is used for trenchless underground pipe and cable laying. For bores up to ø 300 mm (12 in) the TERRA-HAMMER displaces the soil sideways, while larger diameters up to 3000 mm (120 in) are achieved by steel pipe ramming. When displacing soil (see pic. above) the pneumatically powered tools force their way through the ground simultaneously installing PVC or PE pipes under driveways, roads and railway lines. The process is fast and economical, minimizing disruption and allows continuation of traffic flows during works.

Combi head (KOK)

    Longitudinal grooves displace soil sideways and allow piercing even in hard ground conditions, a feature which makes the combi head (KOK) superior in comparison to any other stepped, conical or crown head tool.

    The cutting and demolition edges destroy all obstructions regardless of whether they hit sideways or head-on. This results in the highest possible accuracy.

    The star chisel makes the combi head (KOK) superior in demolishing obstructions. The star chisel penetrates through every breakable obstacle.

    ⅓ less parts than competitive piercing tools, at minimum air consumption.

Heavy main piston - high impact

    The main pistons of TERRA are 25 % heavier than comparable main pistons. The exclusive combi head in combination with the heavy main piston guarantees unequalled penetration speed and accuracy. Aerodynamic air flow patterns ensure low air consumption and minimal recoil. The main piston hits inside the head where it is most effective and not behind it. TERRA offers a 3 year warranty on all main pistons. The only company in the world to do so.

Quick Reverse Function

    A simple ¼ turn of the air hose will reverse the tool. No unintentional reversal of the tool during operation due to pneumatic locking (Version S). Larger tools are equipped with a remote controlled reverse function (Version F). They reverse by simply turning the lever at the oiler.
